Interpretation of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress on the Related Issues of the Second Section of Article 16 of Some Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Implementation of “Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions”

At the Twenty-Sixth Meeting, the Standing Committee of the Third Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress has deliberated Motion for Interpretation of the Related Issues of the Second Section of Article 16 of “Some Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Implementation of ‘Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions’” which was proposed by the Committee of Legal Affairs, and makes an interpretation as follows:

According to the original intent of legislation, “subcontract” referred to in “It shall be prohibited to subcontract medical institutions and their departments” of the second section of Article 16 of Some Rules of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on the Implementation of “Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions” shall include two acts, contracting and subcontracting.
